Can the governance be separated from the money used for its platform to be built, i.e. if that money is from fiat, then it is subject to the fiat regulatory jurisdictions, and this maybe the reason we lost the Google, Facebook, and Uber. The blockchain based governance model brought with it a self-funding and separate source of “money”. So, we now have the ability to create governance models independent of the fiat jurisdictions.
